YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping to conduct continuous market analyses and market soundings in order to identify potential investor contacts and investment opportunities
- Collaborating in the acquisition and management of investors interested in the products designed by the company
- Planning and organising investor events and workshops
- Supporting and coordinating the preparation of investor tenders / requests for proposals
- Compiling presentations and concepts and facilitating market development measures to promote sales, supporting the development and implementation of the marketing mix
- Updating investor details in the CRM database
- Collaborating in special projects
YOUR PROFILE
- You are highly motivated and have a passion for the world of finance
- You are enrolled in a degree program in finance / real estate economy / economics or in a related subject

AREAS OF RESPONSIBLITY
- Handling the transaction management of real estate financing arrangements, including e.g. the identification and sourcing of suitable transactions, autonomously analysing the structuring borrowing requests, preparing and presenting decision papers
- Collaborating in the negotiation of indicative terms, term sheets and loan agreements
- Managing existing commitments
- Monitoring existing deals (analysing incoming documents, preparing waiver proposals, drafting quarterly reports, etc.)
- Managing the in-house control instruments (e.g. pipeline and monitoring overview)
- Coordinating external and intra-group service providers throughout the entire due diligence process
- Supporting the continued development and optimisation of existing investment processes
- Attending relevant industry events
- Providing technical guidance to the investment analysts within the deal team
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on banking, finance or real estate economics or in commercial law
- Job experience in real estate (financing), property development, transaction management, management consultancy preferred
- Experience in the area of transaction management, transaction execution, financial modelling and contract negotiations
- Superior analytical acumen and a natural knack for figures
- Verbal and written business-fluency in both German and English
- Independent and structured work ethic, capacity for teamwork, high sense of commitment and willingness to take on fresh challenges
