Being a subsidiary of BF.direkt AG, BF.capital is firmly rooted in the real estate debt business. Our funds in this segment invest in whole loans that are mainly used to facilitate value-add cycles for real properties.

Since October 2023, BF.capital has also taken care of the private debt investments of its strategic shareholding partner, W&W Asset Management. This means we expanded our services to include the areas of corporate debt and infrastructure debt. The company manages the private debt program of the W&W Group and, in addition, plans to make private debt options available even to third-party investors outside the W&W Group via fund-of-funds structures and separate account mandates.
